**This is the return policy for products sold, fulfilled and shipped only by MALLTERA LLC itself. Orders that are fulfilled and / or shipped by our Vendors / Sellers; would follow the policies specified on the Store page of that Vendor / Seller.
Returns only for sealed box, unopened and unused items are accepted within 30 days. Shipping will be payed by the customer/buyer + 20% restocking fee.
All orders are hand-packed and carefully inspected prior to shipment.
In the unlikely event that your product arrives with a defect, please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of your order for instructions on receiving a replacement. All defective merchandise must be returned unused, in the original packaging, and per the instructions given by our customer service department – no exceptions.
*Please note that during holiday seasons, delivery of some products could take up to 30 business days to arrive. If the product will note arrive during that time period, we will provide a full refund as courtesy to our customers.
CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT
- Cancellations are not accepted after order processing phase.
- Partial cancellations are allowed subject to confirmation from our back office staff. Partial refund will be made in case of partial cancellation.
UNETHICAL ORDER & CANCELLATION POLICY
- In case of any product purchase made through unethical means; by taking advantage of a technical glitch; or by misusing/ the offer terms/guidelines/codes – the particular order/s will be cancelled whatsoever and https://malltera.com will not be liable to pay any refund to you in all such cases.
